I had formerly worked in a big workplace environment and although the pay was quite good, I quickly became annoyed at my long commute to work and likewise with some of the people I was working with. For the organization to prosper, I need to work extremely hard and I require to keep coming up with new concepts to keep myself motivated and to keep the business alive.
